General Rules of the IziMarket Platform

Version of October 14, 2026

This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Russian text prevails. Russian original

These General Rules of the IziMarket Platform (the “Rules”) set out the terms of use of the izi.market website and the mutual rights and obligations of the Operator and Users.

The operator of the Platform is Fitvana Limited, a private limited company registered under the laws of Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79698379), registered office address: 18 Harbour Road, 35/F, Central Plaza, Wanchai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong (the “Operator”).

The Rules constitute a public agreement (offer) of the Operator. Acceptance of the Rules in the manner set out in clause 1.2 means that an agreement on the terms of the Rules is concluded between the Operator and the User.

The Rules govern registration on the Platform, the conclusion and performance of Deals, the consideration of disputes, the maintenance of the Balance, interaction between Users on the Platform, and the liability of the parties. The following documents apply alongside the Rules:

  • the Public Agreement for Sellers, which sets out the terms for placing Products, the amount of the commission and the procedure for paying it, payouts and the obligations of the Seller. The Seller Agreement is accepted by every User who places a Product;
  • the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy;
  • the Public Agreement for Buyers, which sets out the terms of interaction of Buyers with Sellers and the Operator;
  • the rules of Sections (Deal periods, commission, Hold, Guarantee, minimum price), communicated to the User in the Platform interface when a Product is placed or purchased.

The documents listed above form part of the Rules. In the event of a conflict between the Rules and a special document, the special document applies. In particular, relations connected with the placement and sale of Products are governed by the Seller Agreement.

Any of the following actions by the User constitutes acceptance of the Rules: registration on the Platform, signing in through a third-party service, payment for a Product (including without registration), placing a Product. Acceptance means full and unconditional acceptance of the Rules. Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance on other terms, is not permitted.

Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the User separately from acceptance of the Rules, in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Rules are drawn up in Russian. The Operator publishes a translation of the Rules into English. In the event of any discrepancy between the texts, the Russian text prevails.

In the Rules, the following terms have the meanings given below. Terms in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Platform: the website on the Internet at izi.market, including all its subdomains, as well as the software that ensures its operation.

User: a person who uses the Platform with or without registration.

Seller: a User who has placed a Product on the Platform. Buyer: a User who has paid for a Product.

Product: digital valuables offered by a Seller on the Platform, including accounts in games and services, in-game currency, in-game items, activation keys and codes, subscriptions and services. A Product does not belong to the Operator.

Listing: a Product card placed on the Platform that contains the Product's description, characteristics, price and delivery terms. A Listing is the Seller's offer to conclude a Deal on the terms stated in it.

Section: a part of the Platform catalog relating to a particular game or service and Product type. A Section determines the amount of the commission, the Deal periods and other parameters.

Deal: an agreement between a Seller and a Buyer in respect of a specific Product, in effect from the moment of payment until its performance, cancellation or the resolution of a dispute.

Safe Deal: a settlement procedure under which the Buyer's payment is held and transferred to the Seller solely after confirmation of receipt of the Product, expiry of the inspection period or a decision of the Arbitrator.

Guarantee: a period after completion of a Deal during which the Buyer may open a guarantee dispute and the Seller's funds are on Hold.

Arbitrator: an employee of the Operator authorized to consider disputes between a Buyer and a Seller. The Arbitrator is not connected with the parties to the Deal and acts independently.

Balance: a record of the User's funds held in the User's favor within the Platform.

Hold: the period during which the Seller's funds from a completed Deal are shown on the Seller's Balance but cannot be withdrawn or spent. The Hold lasts until the end of the Guarantee, and also in cases where a holding period is set by the Section or the payout is being reviewed by the security team. If a guarantee dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer during the Hold, the payment is returned to the Buyer out of the funds on Hold. Where there is no Guarantee, the Hold period is determined by the Seller's sales history in the Section according to the scale set out in the Seller Agreement. The Hold period is shown on the Deal page and in the wallet.

Payment Partner: an organization that accepts payments and makes payouts on the instructions of Users.

Invalidity: the condition of a Product in which the Buyer cannot access it or use it for its intended purpose for reasons that existed at the time of purchase, including: the login data provided being invalid, blocking of the account imposed before the purchase, recovery of the account by its former owner before the purchase, non-conformity of the Product with its description at the time of purchase.

Carding: crediting money, balance, in-game currency, games, gifts or other valuables to an account using stolen or compromised payment instruments, or payment instruments that do not belong to the Seller, without the consent of their owner.

Reversal (“refund”, “ref”): the return of money, balance, games, gifts or other valuables previously credited to an account by means of cancellation of a payment, a chargeback, a transaction dispute or any other return mechanism, regardless of the person who initiated the return.

Phishing: unlawfully obtaining access data for accounts, email or payment instruments by misleading a person, including by means of fake websites, forms and messages.

Stealer: malicious software designed to covertly collect and transmit to third parties access data for accounts, email, payment instruments and other confidential information.

Brute-Forcing: gaining access to an account by guessing logins, passwords or confirmation codes without the consent of the account owner.

A person who has reached the age of 18 may be a User of the Platform. By performing the actions specified in clause 1.2, the User represents to the Operator that the User has reached the age of 18 and has legal capacity sufficient to conclude an agreement on the terms of the Rules.

If it is found that a User has not reached the age of 18, the Operator may restrict access to that User's account. Funds recorded on the Balance of such a User are paid out to the User's legal representative.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs use the Platform through authorized representatives. Actions performed from an account are deemed to be actions of the person in whose name the account is registered.

The Platform is available to Users from different countries. The User independently ensures that the purchase, sale and use of a Product, the receipt of payouts and the payment of taxes comply with the laws of the country of the User's location or residence. The Operator does not monitor Users' compliance with local laws and is not liable for it.

Registration and sign-in on the Platform are carried out using a six-digit code sent to the User's email address, or through a third-party service (Google, Discord, Telegram, Lolzteam). The account is created at the first sign-in.

A username must contain from 3 to 16 characters (letters of one alphabet, English or Russian, digits and the underscore) and may not begin with an underscore. A username must not be misleading as to the account belonging to the Operator or to another User, and must not contain insults, contact details or advertising.

One email address may be linked to only one account. Until the email address is confirmed, the User may not buy or place Products, open disputes or use the wallet.

The code from the email, the password and the authenticator app codes are the means of access to the account. The User must keep them secret and must not disclose them to third parties, including persons claiming to be employees of the Operator. The Operator does not ask Users for access codes.

The Operator recommends that the User enable sign-in through an authenticator app and save the recovery codes.

Actions performed from the account after signing in with a code, a password or a linked service are deemed to have been performed by the User. The parties recognize such actions as signed with the User's simple electronic signature.

If there are grounds to believe that a third party has gained access to the account, the User must notify the support service immediately. The Operator may temporarily restrict the withdrawal of funds and/or restrict access to the account until it is confirmed that the account is being used by its owner.

The User is prohibited from transferring their account on the Platform to third parties, using another person's account and creating new accounts in order to circumvent a block or restrictions.

After the sign-in method is changed, the withdrawal of funds may be suspended for the period shown in the wallet. The suspension is applied to protect the User's funds in the event of unauthorized access to the account.

The User may delete the account by sending a request to the support service. Deletion is possible after all open Deals have been completed and the available funds have been withdrawn. On deletion, the username is replaced with a depersonalized one, and the Products are removed from sale. Information about Deals, disputes and payments is retained in order to protect the rights of the other party to the Deal and for record-keeping.

The Operator is not the seller of Products or a party to a Deal. A Deal is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer on the terms of the Listing and the Rules.

The Operator provides Users with:

  • a storefront, a search system and tools for placing Listings;
  • the Safe Deal service;
  • a chat with the Seller and with the support service;
  • consideration of disputes;
  • maintenance of the Balance and withdrawal of funds;
  • other services related to the Operator's activities aimed at improving the quality of service for Users.

The Seller is responsible for the Product's conformity with its description, its timely delivery to the Buyer and the Seller's right to dispose of it. The Operator is responsible for the operation of the Platform and the performance of its obligations under the Rules.

The Operator carries out selective checks of Listings before publication and considers complaints, but does not check every Product and does not assess whether its circulation is permitted in the country of the Seller or the Buyer. The placement of a Listing in the storefront does not mean that the Operator confirms its content.

The Seller's page shows information about the Seller: username on the Platform, registration date, number of sales and reviews.

The Platform permits the placement of Listings for the sale of digital representations of a set of rights (Digital Assets) that the Seller is entitled to dispose of and that are not specified in clause 6.3, including: accounts in games, services, messengers and social networks, email accounts, in-game currency and in-game items, activation keys and codes, subscriptions, and services (including promotion on social networks).

Accounts, in-game items and currency exist in accordance with the rules of their developers, which may prohibit the transfer of such valuables to third parties and may block them. By purchasing such a Product, the Buyer assumes the risk of its being blocked by the developer. The developer of the game or service is not a party to the Deal. The Operator is not liable for the developer's decisions, except in cases covered by the Guarantee (blocking for actions taken before the sale, clause 8.7).

It is prohibited to place on the Platform Listings for the sale of:

  • narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors;
  • weapons, ammunition and explosives;
  • sexual material involving minors, material depicting sexual violence, accounts containing intimate images or video recordings of the former owner, as well as Listings that indicate the availability of such material;
  • property obtained unlawfully or by deception, including accounts accessed by means of Brute-Forcing, Phishing or a Stealer, accounts with balances, games, gifts and other valuables obtained as a result of Carding or Reversal, as well as valuables paid for with other people's bank cards;
  • bank cards, bank accounts and their details belonging to third parties, forged documents and documents issued in the name of another person;
  • personal data of individuals collected without their knowledge;
  • services for obtaining unauthorized access to other people's accounts, malicious software and services for carrying out DDoS attacks;
  • services for organizing gambling and lotteries, as well as Products with random contents;
  • cryptocurrency and other virtual assets;
  • goods and services that facilitate terrorism, human trafficking or violence.

If a Product is not specified in clause 6.3, but a right holder or another person states that their rights have been infringed, the Operator considers such a statement in the manner provided for in clause 15.2.

A User who believes that a Listing violates the Rules or the User's rights may submit a complaint using the “Report listing” function or through the support service.

Listing requirements. The name, description and characteristics of the Product must be specific and verifiable. In a Listing, it is prohibited to:

  • state knowingly false information about the composition, status or functionality of the Product, including listing games or services that are not actually available to the Buyer;
  • use evaluative wording without verifiable content (“for any purpose”, “as a main account”, “won't be recovered”, “low chance of recovery”, “best price” and the like);
  • state the age of an account without a numerical value (“well-aged”, “aged”). Such age is stated in days, months or years as of the date the Listing is placed, rounded down;
  • disclose information about the former owner of the account;
  • recommend that the Buyer change the linked email address if it is a temporary one;
  • advertise third-party platforms and services;
  • duplicate text and list goods and services that the Seller does not provide (tag spam);
  • use obscene language and insults.

Obligations of the Seller after the sale. After the Product has been delivered, the Seller is prohibited from using the sold account, including signing in to it, changing the password, email address, recovery methods and security settings, as well as carrying out a Reversal and disputing transactions on the account (including on Steam). The Seller is prohibited from selling accounts from which spam was sent, cheats or bots were used or other actions capable of resulting in a block were performed shortly before the sale, unless this information is disclosed in the Listing.

This section is governed by Law No. (4) of 2022 Regulating Virtual Assets in the Emirate of Dubai.

Registry of prohibited topics — the list with examples

To purchase a Product, the Buyer selects a Listing, the quantity of the Product and a payment method. Before payment, the Platform shows the price of the Product, the payment method fee (if any), the Guarantee period and the total amount payable.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout: the Faster Payments System, payment through LolzTeam Market and payment from the Balance. Payment from the Balance is made without a fee. The fee for other payment methods is set by the Payment Partner; the Platform includes it in the amount payable and shows it before payment.

The Buyer's obligation to pay for the Product is deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Payment Partner and the Deal on the Platform is assigned the “paid” status.

If the payment has been received but the Deal cannot be concluded (the Product is out of stock or its price has changed), the funds are credited to the Buyer's Balance as a top-up. The Buyer may use them for other purchases.

The number of uncompleted Deals of one Buyer at the same time may not exceed 20.

By paying for a Product, the Buyer instructs the Operator and the Payment Partner to hold the payment amount and to transfer it to the Seller, less the Platform commission, solely upon the occurrence of one of the following circumstances:

  • the Buyer has confirmed receipt of the Product;
  • the inspection period has expired, and within that period the Buyer has neither confirmed receipt nor opened a dispute;
  • the Arbitrator has resolved the dispute in favor of the Seller.

If the Product comes with a Guarantee (clause 8.6), the funds transferred to the Seller remain on Hold until the Guarantee period expires. In other cases, the payment amount is returned to the Buyer.

The Deal periods (the delivery period, the inspection period and the Guarantee period) are shown on the Deal page. The periods in effect at the time of payment are not subject to change until the Deal is completed.

The Seller delivers the Product through the Deal page: the Seller marks the delivery and attaches the Product data (login and password, key, link, instructions) of up to 2,000 characters. Data once sent cannot be changed. In Sections with automatic delivery, the Product is delivered to the Buyer immediately after payment.

If the Seller has not delivered the Product within the set period, the Buyer may open a payment dispute with the Seller. The Seller may not cancel a paid Deal but may voluntarily return the payment amount to the Buyer.

The Buyer must check the Product within the inspection period and confirm receipt only after establishing that the Product conforms to its description. After receipt has been confirmed, a dispute may not be opened, except for a guarantee dispute under clause 8.7.

Guarantee. A Product may come with a Guarantee covering defects that could not have been detected during the inspection (recovery of access to the account by the former owner, prior activation of a key, early termination of a subscription). The Guarantee period is specified by the Seller in the Listing within the maximum period set for the relevant Section. If no period is specified, the period set by default for the Section and/or the period chosen by the Seller, where the Operator has granted such discretion, applies.

During the Guarantee period, the Buyer may open a guarantee dispute, including after confirming receipt of the Product, if:

  • access to the account has been lost as a result of its recovery by the Seller or the former owner (through email, phone, devices or the support service of the service concerned);
  • the account or in-game item has been blocked by the developer for actions taken before the sale;
  • the key, code or subscription does not work for a reason that existed at the time of delivery;
  • the Product has ceased to conform to its description for another reason that arose before delivery;
  • in other cases where the Buyer has perceived abuse and/or bad-faith conduct on the part of the Seller.

The Guarantee does not cover cases where the Buyer changed the account data contrary to the Seller's instructions, violated the rules of the game or service after the purchase, gave access to third parties, changed the linked email address, spent the balance, currency or items of the account or received an in-game ban after the purchase, nor cases where the Product was blocked by the developer for the Buyer's actions.

If access to the account was lost through the use of data available to the Seller or the former owner (the person from whom the Seller previously acquired the account), the loss of access is presumed to have occurred through the fault of the Seller unless the Seller proves otherwise.

While a guarantee dispute is being considered, the funds remain on the Seller's Hold. If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer, the amount is returned to the Buyer from the Hold. If the funds have already been withdrawn, the amount is debited from the Seller's Balance. If the Balance is insufficient, the Seller must reimburse the difference; until the funds are reimbursed, the Seller's access to the account is restricted.

Interaction and settlements of any kind under a Deal take place exclusively on the Platform. A User who has received an offer from a Seller to pay directly may report it to the support service. The Safe Deal covers only funds paid through the Platform.

If the quantitative characteristics of a Product (balance, number of items, amount of currency and other measurable parameters) differ from those stated by more than 10%, the Product is deemed not to conform to its description. For example, if a balance of 1,000 rubles is stated, but the actual balance of the account is 850 rubles.

The Guarantee period is automatically extended by the period during which the Platform is unavailable for technical reasons.

If a significant number of justified complaints about blocking, recovery of accounts by former owners or other loss of access to the Products of one Seller are received within a short period, the Arbitrator may return the funds to the Buyers even after the Guarantee period has expired. A dispute is resolved in the same way if the Buyer has proved that the account was recovered by the former owner within the Guarantee period, but the complaint was filed after it expired.

The Buyer may waive the Guarantee early. From the moment of the waiver, a guarantee dispute may not be opened, and the funds are released from the Hold, except where the Hold is retained in accordance with the Seller Agreement (in particular, for new Sellers).

The Buyer may open a dispute after the Product has been delivered and before the inspection period expires, and a guarantee dispute before the Guarantee period expires. In the dispute application, the Buyer sets out the substance of the claim (from 10 to 2,000 characters) and attaches evidence: screenshots, video recordings, correspondence.

While a dispute is being considered, the funds remain withheld. The parties to the Deal respond to the Arbitrator's requests in the Deal chat. If a party fails to respond within the period set by the Arbitrator, the dispute is resolved on the basis of the available evidence.

The Arbitrator resolves the dispute in accordance with the Platform's internal arbitration rules.

If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer, the full payment amount is returned to the Buyer. If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Seller, the amount is transferred to the Seller less the commission. A partial return is permitted only by agreement of the parties.

The Buyer may close the dispute on their own. In that case, the Deal is completed, the funds are transferred to the Seller, and the dispute may not be reopened.

Each party may appeal against the Arbitrator's decision once, within 10 days from the moment it is made, by sending a complaint to the support service. The complaint is considered by another employee of the Operator. While the complaint is being considered, the funds that have not been paid out remain withheld.

Consideration of a dispute by the Arbitrator is a pre-trial settlement procedure and does not deprive the parties of the right to go to court. The Arbitrator's decision determines the recipient of the withheld funds and does not prejudge the rights of the parties against each other.

Submitting knowingly false arguments or forged evidence in a dispute is a violation of the Rules.

If the Platform requires a video recording of the check when the Product is delivered, the Buyer must record the sign-in to the account from the very beginning (when an email account is delivered, from signing in to the email) and attach the recording to a dispute opened within 24 hours of the purchase. Without a recording, a dispute about Invalidity is considered only if other objective evidence is available.

The Balance is kept in Russian rubles. Payouts for Products sold, returns under Deals and top-ups are credited to the Balance. The wallet page shows the amounts available for withdrawal, the amounts on Hold, the amounts reserved for withdrawal requests, and the amounts intended for purchases only.

The Balance reflects the funds held by the Payment Partner in the User's favor. The Balance is not a bank account or electronic money; no interest accrues on the balance.

The Balance is topped up to pay for purchases; the top-up method fee is paid on top of the top-up amount. Withdrawal of the top-up amount to other payment details is not permitted, in order to prevent payment with other people's cards and cashing out.

Every withdrawal request is reviewed by a moderator. While the request is being considered, the amount is reserved on the Balance. Review period: up to 30 business days. Reviewing a withdrawal request requires specialists with certain qualifications and access rights, as well as the technical capability.

A withdrawal may be confirmed with a code from an email or from an authenticator app. The User is responsible for the correctness of the payment details provided. Funds transferred to payment details incorrectly specified by the User are not returned by the Operator.

The Operator may suspend the withdrawal of funds (freeze the Balance) if one of the following grounds exists:

  • there are signs that the account is being used by a third party;
  • disputes have been opened or complaints received regarding the User's Deals;
  • the Payment Partner has reported a return of a payment or a suspicious transaction;
  • this is required by the laws of the Russian Federation or a court decision;
  • on other grounds arising from reasonable suspicions of the Operator.

The freeze remains in effect until the ground for it is eliminated. The Operator informs the User of the reason for the freeze in the wallet or by email (in the support chat).

The Platform offers a chat with the Seller, a Deal chat and a chat with the support service. In chats, it is prohibited to insult the other party, make threats, send advertising, share contact details for settlements outside the Platform and impersonate the Operator.

Employees of the Operator may read Users' correspondence when considering a dispute or a complaint, or when fraud is suspected.

The Buyer may leave a review of a completed Deal. A review must reflect the experience of the Deal. It is prohibited to buy reviews or artificially increase their number, to demand under threat that a review be changed, and to post personal data in a review. The Operator may hide a review that violates this clause.

By posting texts, images and other materials on the Platform, the User represents that the User has the right to use them and grants the Operator a royalty-free non-exclusive license to reproduce them and make them available to the public on the Platform, in search engines and in advertising of the Platform for the period of their placement, as well as to store them in the Deal archive.

The User is prohibited from:

  • moving interaction and settlements outside the Platform, offering direct payment;
  • evading payment of the commission, including by stating a fictitious price or receiving a separate additional payment;
  • misleading the other party to a Deal, stating false information in a Listing or in a dispute;
  • buying their own Products, artificially increasing the number of sales, reviews and views on the Platform;
  • providing their own guarantees that contradict the Rules;
  • insulting other Users, making threats, impersonating the Operator or another User;
  • interfering with the operation of the Platform, including guessing access codes, exploiting vulnerabilities, creating excessive load with requests and automatically collecting data from the Platform (scraping) without the Operator's written permission, except for obtaining a list of active Products for purchase and managing one's own Products;
  • paying for Products with bank cards and accounts of third parties, initiating a return of the payment for a Product received;
  • using the Platform to legalize (launder) funds obtained by criminal means;
  • topping up the Balance with credit or borrowed funds, including funds obtained in installments, from microfinance organizations or through split-payment services (“split”);
  • carrying out exchange operations through the Platform under the scheme “bank card → Platform → cryptocurrency, another card or a third-party account”, as well as using the Platform to circumvent restrictions and limits of banks and payment systems;
  • using the Platform as a means of settlements not related to the purchase of Products on the Platform, including passing payment links to third parties for their settlements;
  • converting funds intended for purchases only into amounts available for withdrawal by means of fictitious Deals;
  • disclosing personal data of other Users (de-anonymization), threatening such disclosure, including jokingly, and posting links to resources containing such data.

For a violation of the Rules, the Operator may apply the following measures to the User:

  • reject a Listing or remove it from publication;
  • hide a review or a message;
  • restrict certain account functions (selling, buying, chat, withdrawal of funds);
  • block the account for a fixed period or indefinitely.

The measure is determined taking into account the severity of the violation. The Operator notifies the User of the measure applied and the grounds for it in the account or by email.

If the User disagrees with the measure applied, the User may contact the support service within 14 days from the moment of notification. The Operator considers the request within 30 business days. Considering such a request requires specialists with certain qualifications and access rights, as well as the appropriate technical capability.

When an account is blocked:

  • open Deals in which the User acts as the Seller are brought to completion: the Seller may deliver the Product, and the Buyer may cancel the Deal after the delivery period expires;
  • open Deals in which the User acts as the Buyer continue; the Buyer may confirm receipt or open a dispute through the support service.

If a User's violation has caused losses to other Users or the Operator (in particular, upon a return of the payment for a Product received), the Operator may set off the amount of such losses against the violator's Balance.

The Operator takes reasonable measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Platform but does not guarantee it. The Operator gives advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

The Operator is not liable:

  • for the quality and legality of a Product and its conformity with the description, for which the Seller is responsible;
  • for the purchase, sale or use of a Product not complying with the laws of the User's country (clause 3.4);
  • for decisions of developers of games and services, including the blocking of accounts and in-game items;
  • for the consequences of the User disclosing codes or access to the account to third parties;
  • for interruptions in the operation of Payment Partners, banks, email services and authorization services, hosting and domain services, or for restriction of access to the Platform in certain countries.

If the Operator breaches its obligations under the Rules, the Operator compensates actual damage within the amount of the relevant Deal. If the damage is not related to a Deal, the amount of compensation is limited to the amount of commissions paid by the User over the last 12 months.

The limitations provided for in clauses 14.2 and 14.3 do not apply if the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence of the Operator, nor to the extent that they are not permitted by the mandatory rules of law of the country in which the consumer permanently resides.

The User compensates the Operator for losses and expenses arising from the User's violation of the Rules or applicable law, including those arising from claims of third parties and government authorities.

The IziMarket name, logo, design, software and texts of the Platform belong to the Operator or are used by it on a lawful basis. Their use without the Operator's written consent is not permitted, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

A person who believes that a Listing or other material on the Platform infringes their rights may send a statement to admin@lolz.team specifying the disputed material, the infringed right, documents confirming that right, and their contact details. The Operator considers the statement and, if it is justified, restricts access to the material.

The Operator sends notifications to the User's account, to the email address linked to the account, and as push notifications if the User has enabled them. An email is deemed received on the day after it was sent.

The User sends requests to the Operator through the support service chat or to admin@lolz.team. Emails from noreply@izi.market are sent automatically and do not require a reply.

Messages sent from the account or from the email address linked to it, as well as the Platform's records of Deals and transactions, are recognized as documents in writing and may be used as evidence in the consideration of disputes.

The Operator may amend the Rules unilaterally. A new version is published on the Platform with its date. The Operator notifies Users of material changes (commission rates, time periods, the procedure for considering disputes and withdrawing funds, liability) in the account or by email no later than 10 days before they take effect.

Deals paid for before the changes take effect are governed by the version of the Rules in force at the time of payment.

If the User does not agree with the new version, the User must stop using the Platform and may delete the account in accordance with clause 4.10. Continued use of the Platform after the new version takes effect means its acceptance.

The Rules and the relations between the User and the Operator are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

Section 6 of these Rules is governed by Law No. (4) of 2022 Regulating Virtual Assets in the Emirate of Dubai.

Before going to court, the User sends the Operator a claim through the support service. The period for responding to a claim is 30 days. For a consumer, the claim procedure is not mandatory.

Disputes with the Operator are subject to consideration by the courts of Hong Kong.

Disputes between a Seller and a Buyer regarding a Deal are resolved by the parties themselves in accordance with the law applicable to their Deal. Consideration of a dispute by the Arbitrator (Section 9) facilitates its settlement but does not replace court proceedings.
