Version of October 19, 2026

This is a translation; in case of discrepancy the Russian text prevails. Russian original

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is a document of Fitvana Limited, a private limited company registered under the laws of Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79698379), registered office address: 18 Harbour Road, 35/F, Central Plaza, Wanchai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong (the “Operator”), that sets out the Operator's policy on the processing of personal data. The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 and Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992. The Policy sets out the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals who use the website izi.market and its subdomains (the “Platform”), including without registration (the “Users”).

The purpose of the Policy is to protect the rights and freedoms of Users when their personal data is processed, including the right to privacy and to personal and family secrecy, and to protect information about Users from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision and dissemination.

Relations connected with the collection, storage, use, transfer and protection of information about Users are governed by the Policy, the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of IziMarket Users (the “Consent”), the General Rules of the IziMarket Platform (the “Rules”), the IziMarket Public Agreement for Sellers (the “Seller Agreement”), the IziMarket Buyer Agreement (the “Buyer Agreement”; the Rules, the Seller Agreement and the Buyer Agreement collectively: the “Agreements”), the IziMarket Cookie Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) and the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

The Policy is a publicly available document. The current version of the Policy is published on the Platform, and access to it is unrestricted. A new version of the Policy is published on the Platform with its date. The Operator notifies Users of material changes, including new purposes of processing, new categories of personal data and new recipients, in the Account and by email no later than 15 days before they take effect. This period applies to the Policy instead of the period established by clause 17.1 of the Rules. Changes that require a new consent of the User apply to the User only after such consent has been obtained (clause 9.2 of the Consent); continued use of the Platform is not deemed to be such consent. Previous versions of the Policy are kept by the Operator and provided to the User on request.

The Policy forms part of the Rules (clause 1.1 of the Rules) and applies to the User from the moment the Rules are accepted (clause 1.2 of the Rules). To visitors who have not accepted the Rules, the Policy applies as a document setting out the Operator's policy on the processing of personal data. In the event of a conflict between the Policy and the Consent, the terms of the Consent apply. The Policy is not a consent to the processing of personal data. The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, regardless of the law applicable to the Agreements.

The Consent, the Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Messages from IziMarket (the “Messages Consent”), the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of IziMarket Users Permitted for Dissemination (the “Dissemination Consent”) and consent to the use of analytics cookies (Section 5 of the Cookie Policy) are executed separately from the Policy, the Agreements and each other and are given by means of separate checkboxes that are not ticked by default. The Consent is given separately from acceptance of the Rules (clause 1.3 of the Rules) in the manner established by Section 1 of the Consent.

A User who does not agree with the Policy may refrain from using the Platform. In that case, a registered User may delete the Account in the manner set out in clause 4.10 of the Rules.

Capitalized terms are used in the meaning given to them in the Agreements. The terms “personal data”, “processing of personal data”, “dissemination”, “provision”, “blocking”, “destruction”, “depersonalization” and “cross-border transfer” of personal data are used in the meaning given to them by the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

The image of an identity document is used only to verify the information contained in it and is not used to establish identity.

The Operator processes personal data of the following categories of data subjects: Users registered on the Platform; Buyers, including those paying for a Product without registration; Sellers and representatives of Sellers that are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs; visitors to the Platform without registration; persons who have contacted the support service; other persons whose personal data is contained in information transferred by Users.

  • c) inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data that is processed for mutually incompatible purposes;
  • d) processing only of the personal data that meets the purposes of processing, conformity of its content and scope with the stated purposes, and inadmissibility of processing excessive data;
  • e) ensuring the accuracy, sufficiency and, where necessary, relevance of personal data in relation to the purposes of processing;
  • f) storage of personal data in a form that allows the data subject to be identified for no longer than the purposes of processing require, unless the retention period is established by federal law or by an agreement with the User.

Conditions and legal grounds for processing personal data

The Operator processes personal data on the following grounds:

  • the User's consent: the Consent, the Messages Consent, the Dissemination Consent and consent to the use of analytics cookies;

  • participation in legal proceedings and enforcement of court decisions;

Collection of personal data

Personal data is collected:

  • when messages are sent in Platform chats, disputes are opened and the support service is contacted;

The personal data specified in clause 4.1.1 is the minimum necessary for registration. The data specified in clause 4.1.2 is necessary for payment and performance of a Deal, and the data specified in clause 4.1.4 is necessary for placing Listings and for payouts. Other data is provided at the User's discretion or at the Operator's request in the cases provided for by the Agreements.

Storage and use of personal data

When personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is collected, its recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification) and retrieval are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Processing is carried out in a mixed manner: with and without the use of automation tools, with transmission over the Internet information and telecommunications network. Personal data is stored on electronic media. Only the Operator's employees and persons entrusted with processing have access to it, to the extent necessary to perform their functions.

Decisions that give rise to legal consequences for the User or otherwise affect the User's rights and legitimate interests are not made on the basis of solely automated processing of personal data. An automatic change of a Deal's status upon expiry of the periods established by the Agreements constitutes performance of the terms of the Agreements. Automated fraud detection tools may suspend a transaction pending a review, and the decision following the review is made by an employee of the Operator.

Personal data is kept for the periods specified in Section 3.

Transfer of personal data

Users' personal data is not transferred to third parties except in the cases provided for by the Policy, the Consent and the law.

Persons entrusted with processing are obliged to comply with the principles and rules of personal data processing, maintain the confidentiality of personal data, ensure its security and store personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation in databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is provided to the following persons to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose:

  • to the other party to a Deal: the username on the Platform and the data necessary to perform the Deal (clause 18.3 of the Buyer Agreement); to the Buyer, also the information about the Seller specified in clause 5.3 of the Buyer Agreement, within the limits of clause 5.2;
  • to the other party to a Deal for considering a dispute and bringing claims: to the Buyer at the Buyer's request (clause 12.15 of the Buyer Agreement), to the Seller if the Buyer's payment is cancelled (clause 9.3 of the Seller Agreement): an extract from the Deal Log, the correspondence in the Deal chat, the Arbitrator's decision, and the information held by the Operator that is necessary to bring a claim, including the Seller's last name, first name, patronymic, status, INN and address, the Buyer's email address and information about the payer received from the Payment Partner;
  • to the Payment Partner, banks and payment systems: information necessary to make payments, payouts and returns of funds and to consider disputes over cancelled payments, including evidence of the delivery of the Product;
  • to the operator of the Lolzteam service: the Lolzteam account identifier and information about the payout, if the Seller has chosen a payout to that account;
  • to third-party sign-in services: information necessary for authentication, if the User has chosen to sign in through such a service;
  • to the Operator's advisers (lawyers, auditors) to the extent necessary to protect the Operator's rights, provided that they maintain confidentiality;
  • to the Operator's legal successor or to a person to whom the Operator's rights and obligations under the Agreements pass, for processing for the purposes specified in the Policy;
  • to government authorities and courts in the cases and in the manner provided for by applicable law.

A party to a Deal that has received personal data of the other party uses it only to perform the Deal and to bring claims under it (clause 5.9 of the Seller Agreement, clause 18.3 of the Buyer Agreement).

Personal data may be transferred to the territory of Hong Kong (the Operator's location) and of the countries in whose territory the persons entrusted with processing process personal data (clause 4.1 of the Consent). Before starting a cross-border transfer, the Operator notifies the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects and obtains from the foreign recipients information on the measures they take to protect personal data. Transfer to countries that do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects begins no earlier than the expiry of the period established by law for considering the notification.

Destruction of personal data

Personal data is destroyed or depersonalized:

  • upon achievement of the purposes of processing or upon expiry of the retention periods specified in Section 3, within 30 days;
  • upon withdrawal of consent, if retention of the personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing and there are no other grounds for processing, within 30 days of the date the withdrawal is received;
  • upon detection of unlawful processing, if it is impossible to ensure its lawfulness, within 10 business days of the date of detection.

When an Account is deleted (clause 4.10 of the Rules), the username is replaced with a depersonalized one, Listings are unpublished, and device tags and browser fingerprints are deleted. Information on Deals, disputes and payments is kept for the periods specified in Section 3 in order to protect the rights of the other party to the Deal and to keep records (clause 4.10 of the Rules, clause 20.6 of the Buyer Agreement). When an Account is blocked, personal data is kept until open Deals and settlements have been completed (clause 13.3 of the Rules) and thereafter for the periods specified in Section 3.

If destruction within the established period is impossible, including with respect to backup copies, the personal data is blocked and destroyed within a period not exceeding six months. Destruction is confirmed in the manner established by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Publication of information about Users

Information about a User becomes accessible to an unlimited number of persons only on the basis of the Dissemination Consent and to the extent marked in it, as well as in the cases provided for by law. Information about a Seller whose disclosure is required by law (for an individual entrepreneur: last name, first name, patronymic, OGRNIP, location (address) and business hours; for all Sellers: information on completion of identification through the Unified Identification and Authentication System) is posted on the Platform by virtue of law without the Dissemination Consent. Other information about a Seller who is an individual, specified in clause 5.3 of the Buyer Agreement (status, country of residence), is posted only to the extent of the Dissemination Consent. The User sets the conditions of and prohibitions on dissemination in the manner set out in clause 6.3.

Users have the right to:

receive the information on the processing of their personal data provided for by law, in the manner set out in Section 9;

change information about themselves in the Account settings on their own, provided that such information is accurate and up to date;

delete information they have posted within the functionality of the Platform and delete the Account in the manner set out in clause 4.10 of the Rules;

demand that their personal data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing. This right does not depend on whether the User can change or delete the information on their own under clauses 6.1.2 and 6.1.3;

demand that the processing of their personal data be stopped;

withdraw the Consent (Section 7 of the Consent), the Messages Consent (clause 7 of the Messages Consent), the Dissemination Consent (clause 8 of the Dissemination Consent) and consent to the use of analytics cookies (clause 5.4 of the Cookie Policy);

set conditions of and prohibitions on the dissemination of their personal data in the manner set out in clause 6.3;

object to a decision made on the basis of solely automated processing of personal data;

to the other party to a Deal when a dispute is considered and for bringing claims: to the extent specified in clause 5.1.4.

Setting the availability of information about the User

In the profile settings, the User marks each item of the list specified in the Dissemination Consent and chooses one of the options: no prohibitions or conditions are set, or prohibitions and conditions are set, including:

  • a) a prohibition on the indexing by search engines of Platform pages containing the User's personal data;
  • b) a prohibition on the copying, saving and further dissemination of the personal data by an unlimited number of persons;
  • c) other prohibitions and conditions specified by the User.

The Operator may not refuse to set prohibitions and conditions. If the User has not chosen any of the options, their personal data is not disseminated.

The Operator publishes information on the processing conditions and on the existence of prohibitions and conditions set by the User on the User's profile page no later than three business days after receiving the Dissemination Consent.

Unticking a box in the profile settings is deemed to be a demand to stop the dissemination of the relevant personal data. The Dissemination Consent ceases to be effective in that part from the moment the demand is received. If the demand concerns information marked with “*” in the Dissemination Consent, the Seller's Listings are unpublished.

The User may demand that any person who processes the User's personal data previously permitted for dissemination in breach of the legal requirements for the dissemination of personal data stop transferring that data, or may apply to a court with such a demand.

When information is deleted from the Platform or the Account is deleted, information previously copied by other Users or third parties may remain with them.

Silence or inaction of the User does not constitute consent to the dissemination of their personal data. The Operator does not disseminate the User's personal data other than in accordance with clause 5.2.

Users shall:

  • provide accurate personal data and keep it up to date;
  • keep secret the code from the email, the password, the authenticator app codes and the recovery codes and not disclose them to third parties (clause 4.4 of the Rules);

  • familiarizes the employees who process personal data with the legislation and the local regulations;
  • requires the persons entrusted with processing to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and ensure its security.

In the event of an unlawful or accidental transfer (provision, dissemination, access) of personal data that has resulted in a violation of Users' rights, the Operator notifies the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects of the incident within 24 hours and of the results of the internal investigation within 72 hours. The Operator interacts with the State System for Detection, Prevention and Elimination of Consequences of Computer Attacks in the established manner.

Sign-in to the Platform is performed using a six-digit code sent to the User's email address or through a third-party service (clause 4.1 of the Rules). The User may enable sign-in through an authenticator app (clause 4.5 of the Rules). The User is responsible for keeping access to the email address, the accounts of third-party sign-in services and the Account access credentials secure. The Operator does not ask Users for access codes (clause 4.4 of the Rules).

To protect Accounts and funds, the Operator uses the device tag and the browser fingerprint to detect sign-ins from unfamiliar devices, and may request additional confirmation and temporarily restrict the withdrawal of funds, including after the sign-in method has been changed (clauses 4.7 and 4.9 of the Rules).

The User may obtain information on sign-ins to the Account (date, time, IP address, device) on request through the support service.

The Policy does not apply to websites and services of third parties, including third-party sign-in services, payment pages of the Payment Partner and resources to which the Platform links. The processing of personal data by such persons is governed by their own documents.

The Operator is not liable for the actions of third parties that have gained access to information about the User in accordance with the settings chosen by the User, or to information the User has posted in public areas of the Platform, or for the consequences of using such information, unless otherwise provided by law. The Operator recommends that Users take care over the amount of information about themselves they post on the Platform and choose a username on the Platform that does not match their last name and first name.

The privacy policies of third-party sign-in services are published on their websites.

Users may send the Operator requests and demands, including those provided for by clause 6.1:

  • via the support chat in the Account;
  • by email to admin@lolz.team from the email address linked to the Account;
  • in writing to the Operator's address specified in clause 1.1;

A request must contain the number of the main identity document of the User or their representative, information on the date of issue of that document and the issuing authority, information confirming the User's participation in relations with the Operator (Account identifier, username on the Platform, email address, Deal number) or information otherwise confirming the fact that the Operator processes personal data, as well as the signature of the User or their representative. The Operator also considers a request sent via the support chat in the Account or from the email address linked to the Account without information on the identity document, if it follows from the request that it comes from the User (clause 8.2 of the Consent).

The Operator considers requests and demands within the following periods:

  • provision of information on the processing of personal data: 10 business days from receipt of the request; the period may be extended by no more than five business days by sending a reasoned notice;
  • clarification of personal data after its inaccuracy has been confirmed: seven business days;
  • stopping processing at the User's demand: 10 business days, with a possible extension by no more than five business days, except where the law permits processing without the User's consent;
  • stopping unlawful processing: three business days from the date of its detection; destruction of personal data if it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness of processing: 10 business days from the date of detection;
  • destruction of personal data after withdrawal of consent: 30 days from the date the withdrawal is received;
  • consideration of an objection to a decision made on the basis of solely automated processing: 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • stopping the dissemination of personal data: from the moment the demand is received;
  • stopping advertising mailings at the User's demand: immediately.

The response is sent in the same form in which the request was received, unless the request states otherwise. A repeat request for information may be sent no earlier than 30 days after the initial request, except in cases provided for by law. The Operator may refuse, stating its reasons, to comply with a repeat request that does not meet these conditions.

Users' inquiries and the correspondence on them are restricted-access information and are not disclosed without the User's consent, except in cases provided for by law. Personal data provided in an inquiry is used only to consider it, send a response and protect the Operator's rights, and is kept for three years after the inquiry has been considered.
