Send your in-game ID directly via the order chat.

3️⃣ Verify the top-up

Log in to your account and check that the balance has been updated.

4️⃣ Complete the order

Once the top-up is successful, confirm receipt of the item and—if everything went well—please leave a review! 😊

⚠️ Important information

In the event of a dispute, you must provide an uninterrupted video recording of the entire process:

💳 from the moment of payment → 📩 sending your ID in the chat → 🔑 checking your account.

The video must clearly show:

the payment process;

the submission of your ID in the chat;

the actual verification of the account balance.

❗ If there is an unjustified pause, a waiting period, or other actions between the submission of an ID and the account verification process, the claim may be rejected.
