Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Messages from IziMarket

By ticking the separate checkbox “I agree to receive advertising and informational messages” in the registration form or in the Account settings, I, of my own will and in my own interest, give Fitvana Limited, a private limited company registered under the laws of Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79698379), registered office address: 18 Harbour Road, 35/F, Central Plaza, Wanchai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong (the “Operator”), my prior consent to receive advertising and informational messages and my consent to the processing of my personal data for this purpose on the following terms (the “Messages Consent”). Capitalized terms are used in the meaning given to them in the General Rules of the IziMarket Platform and the IziMarket Privacy Policy.
The Messages Consent is given as the prior consent of the addressee to receive advertising via telecommunications networks (Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” dated March 13, 2006, hereinafter the “Advertising Law”). Messages are sent by email, as push notifications and as messages in the Account.
Purpose of processing: sending advertising and informational messages about the Platform, Products, promotions and new features of the Platform, including the selection of offers based on the Products viewed and purchased.
Personal data: email address, push notification subscription identifier, username on the Platform, information on the Products viewed and purchased.
Actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in clause 5, blocking, deletion, destruction. Personal data is not disseminated. Processing is carried out in a mixed manner, with transmission over the Internet information and telecommunications network.
Persons entrusted with processing (Part 3 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, hereinafter the “Personal Data Law”): an email sending service to which the Operator has entrusted processing on the basis of an agreement (clause 4.2 of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of IziMarket Users). Push notifications are delivered through the push notification service of the User's browser (clause 4.4 of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of IziMarket Users).
The Messages Consent is executed separately from other documents, is given at the User's discretion and is not a condition for using the Platform. The checkbox is not ticked by default.
The Messages Consent is valid until it is withdrawn. It may be withdrawn at any time by using the link in each message (Part 3 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information” dated July 27, 2006), in the Account settings, through the support service chat or by email to admin@lolz.team. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator immediately stops sending advertising (Part 1 of Article 18 of the Advertising Law) and, within 15 days, stops processing personal data for that purpose and destroys the data processed solely for it (Part 5 of Article 21 of the Personal Data Law).
Opting out of advertising and informational messages does not stop the sending of service notifications about Deals, Account security and changes to the Platform documents (clause 17.1 of the Rules).
The place of processing of personal data and its cross-border transfer are determined by Section 4 of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of IziMarket Users and clause 5.1.3 of the Privacy Policy.
The Messages Consent is drawn up in Russian. In the event of any discrepancy between its text and a translation into another language, the text in Russian prevails.
