What you receive

How to receive your item

1. Check the exact item name and quantity before paying. Enter a valid Steam Trade URL in the required field at checkout. A Steam profile URL does not replace a trade URL.

2. Set your Steam inventory to public and make sure your account can receive trades. After payment is confirmed, the order is processed automatically and a trade offer is sent through Steam. Timing depends on order processing and Steam availability.

3. Check the incoming offer for the exact item name, wear and quantity. Accept the offer in Steam when the details match. You do not need to share your password, account access or Steam Guard codes with the seller.

Steam trading and protection

Standard Steam trade holds do not apply to CS2. Once you accept the trade, the item enters your inventory. Received CS2 items have 7 days of Trade Protection, during which they cannot be transferred again or modified. This protects an item you have received; it is not a promised dispatch time.

Appearance and illustration

The image identifies the model and finish; it is not a photograph of the individual item. Float, wear marks, scratches, pattern seed and paint placement can vary within the named wear condition. Some finishes also vary in colour distribution or phase: a specific phase is included only if it is explicitly named in the title. Lighting, graphics settings and Valve updates can affect how the item looks.

This offer does not specify an exact float, pattern seed, stickers, Name Tag, charms or StatTrak™ counter value unless that particular value or addition is explicitly included in the item name.

If something goes wrong

If the trade offer has not arrived, contains a different item or you have a question, contact the seller in the IziMarket order chat and open a dispute if needed. If the paid item cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded in full. A partial refund requires the buyer’s agreement recorded in the deal, under IziMarket rules.
