⚡ HOW IT WORKS

1. Payment.

2. The bot writes in the chat: checks the nickname from the order or asks for the exact Epic nickname.

3. Sends a friend request — accept it.

4. 48 hours — this is an Epic requirement. Ask in the chat “how much time is left.”

5. The bot will send the item itself after the deadline.

🕒 WHERE DID THE 48 HOURS COME FROM?

Epic only allows a gift to a friend who has been a member for at least 2 days. The countdown starts from the moment the request is accepted, not from the payment. If it was accepted right away — after 48 hours; if later — after 48 hours after that.

📋 WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

• Exact Epic nickname (as in the game), not PSN/Xbox.

• Accept the request from the game account.

• Do not change the nickname and do not remove the sender from friends until the item is issued.

• Enable: Settings → Account and Privacy → “Allow receiving gifts”.

• Name the item within the amount of the lot — immediately or after the timer.

• Make sure the item will remain in the store for another 48+ hours.

✅ ALLOWED

Skins, emotes, dances, brushes, wraps, and sets from the store for V‑Bucks.

One order = one item.

❌ NOT ALLOWED

• Pure V‑Bucks.

• Battle Pass.

• An item that already exists on the account.

• An item that disappears from the store before being issued.

🔒 SECURITY

We do not access your account, and we do not ask for your password or code. The gift cannot be cancelled after it has been sent — it remains with you.

🛠 IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

The bot writes in the chat; if there’s a glitch, a person will be contacted. If the item is missing or the price has changed, choose another one within the same amount. No refunds are issued for sent gifts. If the gift wasn’t sent for our reason, we’ll refund the money in accordance with the platform’s rules.
